On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or January, delivery time may take longer.

Returns

Textbook Refunds

A full refund is given on textbooks the first 3 weeks (15 days) of the Fall and Spring semester and the first week of the Summer semester. All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and your student I.D. and the textbook must be returned in the condition it was purchased. Special orders are not returnable.

General Merchandise Refunds and Exchanges

A refund or exchange may be made on all general merchandise items accompanied by a sales receipt within 10 days of purchase date. The item must be in the condition it was purchased. All exchanges and refunds are at the discretion of management. Special orders are not returnable.
